A new Oxford district

Employment

We aim to create an innovation quarter that is adaptable to the needs of the knowledge based economy. Lessons from the likes of MIT will guide us in developing an area which responds to changes in disciplines and technologies at the intersection of academia and industry.

More than 15% of the site will be public open space with a mix of complementary uses for a successful new neighbourhood

Open spaces

We envisage open spaces which will include squares, areas for events and activities, and land which is of ecological value.

Residential

We invest for long-term value and plan to include homes for different life stages and needs.  High quality, well managed new homes of different sizes will help create and sustainable and inclusive community.

Cycle Paths

The masterplan envisages cycling networks throughout the site which reach into and beyond the city.
