Soil surveys taking place on the Oxford North site

In the week commencing 3rd April, soil surveys will be undertaken on the Oxford North site.

This work is necessary to inform the emerging master-plan for the site. Thomas White Oxford continues to work on the master-plan for a new district of Oxford on the site. Residents’ feedback from the public consultation in April 2016 is helping to shape the revised proposals.

The Oxford North scheme includes 500 homes, as part of the development of an innovation quarter, to support the City’s knowledge-based economy. The scheme will also provide complementary retail units, including restaurants and cafés, creating a destination for local residents.
