Oxford North JV partner search update

Thomas White Oxford is continuing its JV partner search through Savills for the delivery of Oxford North, the new £500 million sustainable innovation district, for phase 1a commercial.

Oxford City Council’s Planning Review Committee resolved to approve Thomas White Oxford’s planning application for Oxford North on Monday 16 December 2019. TWO continues to be in discussions with Oxford City Council to progress the relevant legal agreements and planning conditions.

TWO has received a number of proposals from commercial partners.

For phase 1a commercial a selected party has been taken to the final stage. No decision has been made by TWO. An announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
