Thomas White Oxford is the development company wholly owned by St John's College, Oxford. The company is leading the masterplan delivering Oxford North in joint venture with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Stanhope, along with The Hill Group for the first new homes. The project is supported by a professional team of architects, landscape architects, environmental, transport and planning consultants.
